Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts can only be submitted after registering for the conference.
  • The submission form allows you to copy-paste your abstract directly into the provided fields.
  • You may select your preferred presentation format (oral or poster presentation).
  • The ISOBM Scientific Committee will review all abstracts and determine acceptance until July 31st.
  • If an oral presentation (or a poster speed talk) is requested, the committee will decide if it is granted.

Review & Acceptance Process

  • All submissions will be evaluated by the ISOBM Scientific Committee.
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance and whether they are granted an oral or poster presentation.
  • Abstracts will be published online included in the conference proceedings.

 

Abstract Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Word Limit: Max. 250 words for the abstract
  • Structure: Title, Authors, Abstract, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Format: No images, tables, or references

Authors are encouraged to submit their full papers to a special conference edition of Tumor Biology.

You need to provide the title of your submission, list all authors, and specify their affiliations (e.g., university or organization). Next, enter a concise abstract summarizing your work. Finally, select your preferred type of presentation from the dropdown menu before submitting the form. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
